Welcome to Neural System. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our computer vision and artificial intelligence-based software products and services. By accessing or using our solutions, you fully agree to the terms below.

1. Object

Our products offer real-time monitoring, analysis, and alert generation from cameras and sensors. Each module features dashboards and reports customized to the customer's needs.

2. Permitted Use

The customer must use the products exclusively for the contracted purposes, respecting applicable laws and good security practices. It is prohibited to use our solutions for illegal or discriminatory purposes, or for purposes that violate third-party rights.

3. Company Responsibilities

• Provide technical support within the deadlines agreed in the contract.

• Ensure continuous software updates for performance and security improvements.

• Ensure that processed data is handled in accordance with applicable legislation, including the LGPD.
  

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate infrastructure (cameras, network, electricity, compatible devices).

• Define authorized users for system access.

• Be responsible for the accuracy of the information entered and for the appropriate use of the alerts generated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our solutions provide management and security support. The client is responsible for interpreting alerts and making decisions. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the system.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, dashboards, reports and trademarks are the exclusive property of [Company Name] and may not be copied, modified or redistributed without express permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data and images in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018). Customers must ensure that their use of the solutions complies with the privacy and security standards applicable to their industry.

8. Term and Termination

Use of the solutions is valid for the duration of the agreement between the parties. The company may suspend or terminate access in the event of noncompliance with these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with prior notice to customers.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms will be governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of the district of Fortaleza, Ceará, waiving any other court, however privileged it may be.
