This policy explains how Neural System handles the personal data collected through this website, in compliance with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including biometric privacy laws such as Illinois BIPA.

1. What data we collect

• Contact form / “Send your video”: name, company, e-mail, phone, industry, interest, message and, optionally, a video or image file.
• Minimal technical data: an irreversible identifier (hash) of your IP address and the browser you use, used only to prevent abuse (upload limits).

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.

2. How we use it

• To process the uploaded file with our artificial intelligence models and return the requested analysis;
• To contact you about your request;
• To prevent misuse of the form.

We process your data based on your consent, recorded at the time of submission, and to take steps at your request prior to any agreement, in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including biometric privacy laws such as Illinois BIPA.

3. Uploaded files

Videos and images are stored privately, accessible only to the Neural System team, used solely for the requested analysis and deleted after the results are delivered. They are not published, shared or used to train models without your express authorization. If the file shows other people, you confirm that you are authorized to send it.

4. Sharing and storage

Data is kept with infrastructure providers engaged by Neural System (website hosting, file storage and e-mail delivery), which act as data processors and follow our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Files: until the analysis is delivered (90 days at most). Contact details: for as long as there is a business relationship or until you request deletion.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, portability or deletion of your data at any time, and withdraw your consent, through the contact form.

7. Showroom demos

The showroom videos are produced with artificial intelligence, obtained from licensed stock footage libraries, or provided with the authorization of the people who appear in them.
